Job Overview

Image Infotainment Limited is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Manager with 3–5 years of experience in placement management. The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationships, creating placement opportunities, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring successful career placements for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with companies, recruiters, HR professionals, and industry partners.
- Identify job openings, internship opportunities, and recruitment requirements for students.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, placement interviews, and recruitment events.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, from identifying job opportunities to tracking candidate selections.
- Guide students in resume preparation, portfolio development, interview skills, and professional communication.
- Conduct career development sessions, mock interviews, and employability training programmes.
- Collaborate with academic teams to align student skills with industry requirements.
- Maintain placement records, student databases, recruiter details, and employment reports.
- Monitor placement targets and submit regular reports to management.




- Lead and coordinate placement activities to achieve organizational placement goals.
- Build long-term partnerships with companies to generate consistent placement opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment demands, and emerging career opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in placement management.
- Experience in recruitment, corporate relations, or career services will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the education, animation, VFX, design, or media industry is preferred.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry hiring practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and placement tracking tools.
- Ability to meet placement targets and manage multiple activities efficiently.
