We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Placement Officer to join our team in Kaloor, Kochi. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our skilled students and the corporate world. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with corporate HR departments, managing end-to-end recruitment drives, and mentoring students to achieve high placement success rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in an educational institution's placement cell, training academy, or a corporate recruitment consultancy.
- Language Proficiency: Robust communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam are essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Traits: Target-oriented mindset, strong networking capability, and the ability to handle high-pressure environments during peak placement seasons.
