Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Placement Coordinator to help candidates improve their interview performance and move successfully through the hiring process. The role involves identifying candidate weaknesses after interviews, coordinating with interview coaches and experts, and tracking progress until the final round.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one candidate debriefs after every interview round.
- Identify gaps in communication, storytelling, domain knowledge, assessments, and interview performance.
- Review candidate resumes and coordinate improvements with the resume team.
- Identify and coordinate with interview coaches, assessment specialists, and behavioral experts.
- Schedule coaching sessions and track candidate progress.
- Maintain candidate readiness records and interview outcome trackers.
- Identify recurring candidate challenges and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in career counselling, placement coordination, recruitment, or candidate advisory.
- Strong listening, communication, and candidate management skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment assessments and interview processes.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors, coaches, or trainers is an advantage.
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Preferred Backgrounds: Career counselling, campus placements, edtech placement teams, recruitment agencies, HR/TA, and candidate advisory services.
