Stackup Learning Hub is looking for a proactive Placement Coordinator to manage student placement activities, build relationships with companies, and coordinate interviews to support students in securing job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with companies and identify job opportunities for students.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with recruiters on job openings, candidate profiles feedback.
- Maintain student placement records and candidate databases.
- Track placement activities, interview progress, and placement metrics.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with recruiters and students.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Preferred: Experience in student placement, recruitment, or the IT training institute/EdTech sector.
