About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer & Videographer to join our Social Media Department. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling and experience creating engaging photo and video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

This role involves shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with the brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media campaigns, events, products, and branding.
- Plan and execute creative shoots for reels, short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Edit photos and videos using professional editing software.
- Create engaging social media content optimized for different platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop content ideas and campaigns.
- Manage lighting, audio, camera setup, and shooting equipment.
- Maintain organized media files and project archives.
- Stay updated with social media trends, content styles, and platform algorithms.
- Assist in content scheduling and production planning when required.
- Ensure all visual content follows brand guidelines and quality standards.





Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in photography and videography.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
- Proficiency in editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Photoshop
- Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
- Understanding of social media content trends and formats.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with brands, agencies, or social media teams.
- Knowledge of drone videography is a plus.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills are an advantage.

Familiarity with Meta Ads and content performance metrics. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
