We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Phonics Teachers to conduct engaging phonics classes for young learners through online and offline sessions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of phonics, early literacy, and foundational reading skills, along with a passion for teaching children.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive phonics classes for young learners.
- Teach letter sounds, blending, segmenting, pronunciation, and early reading skills.
- Help children improve reading fluency and word recognition.
- Prepare engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Track student progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Adapt teaching methods according to each child's learning pace.
Requirements
- Experience teaching phonics to young children.
- Robust knowledge of phonics methodologies and early literacy development.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Patient, creative, and child-friendly teaching approach.
- Ability to conduct classes independently in online or offline mode.
- Relevant phonics certification or teaching experience will be an advantage.
