- Position: Pharmacist
- Location: KTCT Hospital, Attingal, Trivandrum
- Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately in accordance with prescriptions.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure the safe and appropriate dispensing of medications.
- Provide patients with clear instructions on medication usage, dosage, and storage.
- Maintain proper inventory, stock records, and expiry-date monitoring.
- Ensure the safe storage and handling of medicines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.
- Follow hospital policies and applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council, as applicable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust attention to detail and a patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
