SCOPE OF WORK

1. The pharmacist shall be the custodian of purchased drugs and shall be responsible for their safe storage.
2. The pharmacist shall assist in medicine procurement preparation.
3. The pharmacist shall be responsible for maintaining the drug stock and dispensing of medicines.
4. The pharmacist must verify the drug stock on a weekly basis and take necessary action to maintain minimum stock levels.
5. The pharmacist shall assist in the procedures required to procure new medicines, as per OHC requirements.

6. Timely return of expired medicines to the vendors/suppliers and disposal of bio-medical drug waste shall be the pharmacists responsibility.
7. The pharmacist shall discharge the assigned duties and responsibilities as per the guidance of the OHC and shall undertake such additional responsibilities as may be required by the Principal Employer.
8. Online and offline records and documented information relating to the purchase, storage,



dispensing and disposal of drugs shall be maintained for statutory, external and internal audits from time to time.

9. In the event of any anticipated or emergency absence of the pharmacist, the Vendor shall, with prior intimation to the Principal Employer, arrange for an alternate, competent person.
10. The Deployed Person shall successfully participate in mandatory training as directed by the Principal Employer and the Vendor.
11. The pharmacist shall maintain a healthy and qualified relationship with all stakeholders.

12. The pharmacist shall assist in obtaining the drug licence and other necessary compliance requirements and their periodic renewal.

Schedule of Work:
- As per the terms and conditions set out in the Purchase Order.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Weekly Off: as per applicable statute.
