As we expand our presence in the pet-care industry, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to strengthen our B2B sales network and establish long-term relationships with veterinary and pet-care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, pet grooming centres, pet stores, trainers and other relevant pet-care establishments across the assigned sales territory.
- Identify, approach and onboard new B2B clients to expand the company's market presence.
- Promote and demonstrate Roth Pets products, effectively communicating their features, perks and applications.
- Generate sales through new client acquisition, product recommendations and consistent follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with veterinarians, clinic owners, groomers, trainers and retail partners.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, client acquisition goals and repeat-order objectives.
- Ensure regular engagement with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases and long-term business relationships.
- Identify potential business opportunities, understand market requirements and gather competitor insights.
- Maintain accurate records of daily field visits, client interactions, sales orders and follow-up activities.
- Submit regular sales and performance reports to management.

Eligibility & Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in veterinary sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical representation or a closely related field.
- Prior experience in B2B field sales and relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads, acquire clients and close sales.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned sales territory from Andheri to Churchgate.
- Ability to commute using a personal two-wheeler or public transport, depending on the location and travel requirements.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai market and local business landscape.
- Ability to maintain sales records and provide timely reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated sales professional who is comfortable working independently in the field, building professional relationships and taking ownership of sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching recent businesses, presenting products, handling objections and converting opportunities into consistent sales.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives may be provided upon achieving assigned sales targets, subject to company policy.

Working Days & Timings

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday and 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays.
- Weekly Off: Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays.
