Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented Pest Control Operator to carry out pest control services at residential, commercial, and industrial premises. The candidate will be responsible for executing pest control treatments, handling customer complaints, following safety procedures, and ensuring quality service delivery at client locations.

Key Responsibilities Carry out pest control treatments for cockroaches, rodents, ants, termites, mosquitoes, and other common pests. Visit residential societies, offices, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, commercial establishments, and industrial premises to provide pest control services. Apply approved chemicals and use pest control equipment as per company guidelines and prescribed safety procedures.

Inspect premises to identify pest activity, infestation sources, entry points, and potential breeding areas.



Follow the assigned daily service schedule and reach customer locations on time. Attend customer complaints and carry out follow-up treatments as instructed by the supervisor.

Maintain proper records of services performed, chemicals used, customer feedback, and complaints attended. Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of chemicals and pest control equipment. Wear the prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) and strictly follow safety guidelines during service execution.

Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of company equipment, tools, and uniforms. Coordinate with the supervisor and operations team regarding service schedules, customer requirements, and operational issues. Maintain skilled behaviour and good customer relationships at all service locations.
