We are looking for experienced professionals in Process Excellence (PEX) to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and business transformation initiatives across multiple domains.

Designations & Experience

- Team Leader (TL): 5-7 years
- Team Manager (TM): 7-9 years
- Senior Delivery Manager (SDM): 9 12 years

Key Responsibilities

- Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Identify process gaps and conduct root cause analysis.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement strategies.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Lead process optimization, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable process improvements.
- Manage teams, projects, and business transformation initiatives according to the designation.
- Drive governance, performance reviews, and action plans to achieve business objectives.





Required Skills

- Lean Six Sigma certification is mandatory.
- Experience in Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Business Process Improvement.
- Robust knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA, and process mapping.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team management and leadership experience appropriate to the role.
