We are looking for two enthusiastic interns to join our growing team and gain practical experience in business development, lead generation, customer engagement, and pest management operations.

Role OverviewAs a Business Development & Pest Management Intern, you will primarily support our business development team by identifying potential customers, conducting outbound calls, generating qualified sales leads, and coordinating with the internal team to develop business opportunities.

You will also gain exposure to pest management services, customer relationship management, field operations, and day-to-day business activities.

This is an opportunity to learn how a service business operates, from the first customer call to lead conversion and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling

- Make outbound calls to potential commercial and industrial customers.
- Identify prospective clients across industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, warehousing, and commercial establishments.
- Introduce PRO4 Pest Solutions and explain our services professionally.
- Identify customer requirements, existing pest management arrangements, and potential business opportunities.




- Collect relevant contact details and qualify prospects based on their requirements.
- Schedule meetings, inspections, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate business development team member.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, follow-ups, and lead status.

2. Prospect Research & Database Management

- Research companies, industrial facilities, commercial establishments, and potential customers.
- Identify relevant decision-makers, such as facility managers, purchase managers, administration heads, EHS managers, and plant managers.
- Build and maintain an organised database of prospective customers.
- Update lead information and follow-up schedules in the company's CRM or designated tracking system.
- Support email outreach and other approved business development activities.

3. Business Development Support

- Assist the sales team with appointment scheduling and lead follow-ups.
- Help prepare prospect lists and basic business development reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure leads are followed up on promptly.
- Participate in discussions on customer acquisition, sales strategies, and market opportunities.

4. Pest Management & Operational Exposure

- Learn about pest management services, including rodent control, cockroach management, termite treatment, mosquito control, and integrated pest management.
- Understand basic pest risks faced by commercial and industrial establishments.
- Assist with customer documentation, service records, and other administrative activities.
- Support field inspections or operational visits when required and appropriate.
- Learn how customer requirements translate into service plans and ongoing pest management contracts.
