About the role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and highly proactive Content & Personal Branding Manager to work closely with Nam and build her personal digital presence. This role is dedicated to creating content for Nam, capturing her personality, lifestyle, beauty expertise, and everyday moments, and developing a strong and engaging personal profile.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is confident with a camera, skilled in video editing, comfortable on camera, and passionate about creating content that feels authentic, relatable, and visually engaging. Be her creative shadow — accompanying her to shoots, trips, events, and other relevant activities to capture content and identify opportunities to build her personal brand.

The role will also work closely with the existing Simply Nam Social Media Manager to ensure Nam’s personal content and Simply Nam’s brand content are aligned and support each other.

Key Responsibilities

1.Nam's personal content creation:

- Work closely with Nam on a full time basis to create engaging and authentic content.
- Act as Nam’s creative shadow, accompanying her to shoots, trips, events, meetings, and other relevant activities wherever required.
- Proactively identify opportunities to capture content throughout the day.
- Create Reels, Stories, photos, behind-the-scenes content, beauty tutorials, lifestyle content, and other relevant formats.
- Capture Nam’s personality, experiences, beauty philosophy, and everyday moments in a natural and engaging manner.
- Develop fresh and creative content ideas that reflect Nam’s personal style and audience.
- Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality content for Nam’s digital presence.

2. Personal Branding & Profile Building:

- Take ownership of developing and strengthening Nam’s personal brand on social media.
- Build a clear and consistent content direction for her profile.
- Develop content pillars around personality, beauty expertise, lifestyle, experiences, and relationship with Simply Nam.
- Create content that makes her relatable, engaging, and recognizable to her audience.




- Help establish a consistent visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling style for her profile.
- Identify opportunities to grow audience and strengthen digital presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure personal brand supports Simply Nam’s overall brand direction.

3. Shooting & Video Editing:

- Handle end-to-end content creation, from ideation and shooting to editing and delivery.
- Be confident with cameras, mobile videography, photography, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for social media.
- Edit Reels, Stories, short-form videos, and other digital content.
- Use editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Add music, captions, transitions, text overlays, and other creative elements where required.
- Maintain a strong aesthetic sense and ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.
- Organise and maintain content files, footage, and digital assets.

4. On-Camera Content:

- Be comfortable appearing on camera alongside Nam whenever required.
- Participate in Reels, beauty tutorials, interviews, challenges, and other creative content formats.
- Bring energy, confidence, and spontaneity to content creation.
- Help create a natural, fun, and engaging dynamic with Nam on camera.
- Be open to experimenting with new formats, trends, and creative ideas.

5.Collaboration with Simply Nam Social Media Manager:

- Work closely with the existing Social Media Manager dedicated to Simply Nam.
- Coordinate content ideas, shoots, campaign requirements, and content calendars.
- Ensure Nam’s personal content and Simply Nam’s brand content are aligned and complement each other.




- Share relevant footage, assets, and content opportunities with the brand’s social media team.
- Collaborate on brand launches, campaigns, product shoots, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, aesthetics, and overall digital presence.
- Coordinate content requirements to avoid duplication and ensure efficient execution.

6. Content Planning & Execution:

- Plan and maintain a content pipeline for Nam’s profile.
- Develop creative concepts, shoot plans, and content ideas.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, makeup artists, and other creative partners when required.
- Ensure content is captured and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Take ownership of content execution from idea to final edit.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, Reels formats, trending audio, and emerging content styles.
- Proactively suggest new ideas to improve Nam’s personal profile and Simply Nam’s digital presence.

Requirement & Skills:

- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, videography, or personal branding.
- Strong hands-on experience in shooting and editing content.
- Comfortable shooting quickly and spontaneously able to catch a moment as it happens without a full setup. Basic editing skills are a plus, not a requirement.
- Naturally at ease on camera, including alongside Nam. Someone who can be part of the content, not just behind it. Open to travel with her, often at short notice.
- Good camera handling and mobile videography skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong creative eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and visual content.
- Comfortable working closely with a founder or public-facing personality on a day-to-day basis.
- Willingness to travel with Nam for shoots, trips, events, and other content requirements.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
