About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing specialist to drive lead generation and digital acquisition for CollegeSathi. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in EdTech/Education marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage lead-generation campaigns with a strong focus on lead volume, quality, and conversion.

Plan and manage performance marketing budgets efficiently.

Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.

Analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions to improve ROI.





Develop and implement strategies for funnel optimization and lead quality improvement.

Work closely with the sales and admissions teams to improve lead conversion and campaign outcomes.

Monitor landing page performance and suggest improvements for better conversion rates.

Track leads through CRM and analyze the complete customer acquisition journey.

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

- Prior experience in EdTech/Education industry is mandatory.
- Robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing lead-generation campaigns and performance budgets.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Experience with landing pages, lead quality optimization, and CRM-based lead tracking will be an added advantage.

- Ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver measurable performance results.
