We are looking for a skilled and motivated PPC Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage, optimize, and improve advertising campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify advertising opportunities.

Monitor campaign budgets, bids, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Analyze campaign performance and implement changes to improve results.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share insights with the team.

Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, reduce cost per lead (CPL), and increase conversions.

Stay updated with the latest trends, features,



and best practices in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Coordinate with the team to align advertising campaigns with client goals.

Requirements

Around 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC or performance marketing.

Practical experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Good understanding of campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization.

Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy development.

Understanding of important performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.

Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Positive communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.

Experience managing lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns.

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.

- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and marketing funnels.
