Our client is looking for a People Services Specialist in India reporting to the Senior Manager of People Operations in the People Services department. You will play an important role in the employee experience from the moment an employee joins a company, to the moment they leave, and everything in between.
Responsibilities (Overall responsibilities, what does the day-to-day look like):
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in HR administration.
- Excellent communicator, capable of clearly explaining HR processes, policies and benefits.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer service approach to employee inquiries.
- Collaborative team player, adept at working with various stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Discreet and trustworthy, handling sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality.
Requirements:
Must Haves:
- 2-3+ years experience within HR Operations or similar domain
- HR Knowledge i.e. end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific/Japan (APAC experience preferred; Americas/EMEA exposure is a plus)
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR related software systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Dayforce, etc.
- Project Management experience (optional)
