WE’RE HIRING: PERFORMANCE MARKETER

AstroSagga | Jaipur (Full time, In-House)

AstroSagga is an astrology consultation platform offering expert guidance through our Android App, iOS App, and Website.

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who has previously worked in the astrology domain and understands the small-recharge business model.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive app installs, user acquisition, first-time recharges, and repeat purchases.
- Scale Android and iOS app campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS.
- Understand and optimize the small-recharge category and user conversion funnel.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and improve overall ROI.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing.




- Prior experience in the astrology domain is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in app marketing, user acquisition, and revenue optimization.
- Understanding of app tracking, attribution, and conversion events.
- A result-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Work Mode: Full-time, In-house
