Job Title – R2R Payroll Accountant

- We are seeking a skilled payroll specialist who is responsible for performing payroll accounting for internation payroll (US) in timely and accurate manner for our business partners (preferably for US client).

Experience

- With experience of 2 to 6 years in payroll, finance, or accounting role, preferably within Travel Transportation & Hospitality sector.

Job Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll Processing & GL Accounting:
- Manually Process International Payroll for Biweekly, Semi Monthly, and Monthly.
- To handle multiple countries Payroll activities (Input to Payroll, Submission to vendor, Validation of calculations for sign off)
- Validating accounting checks and GL accounts for each Department




- Prepare and post accrual and actual expense journal entry based on chart of accounts
- Strong accounting knowledge

Payroll Administration:

- Perform Adhoc Administrative tasks, e.g. responding to emails, running reports.
- Responding to emails, Act as query support to employees

Technical Skills:

- Prior hands-on experience of SAP ERP.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be adaptable, multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proactive and results oriented
- Must Have:
- Bachelor’s in commerce & accounting
- Strong accounting skills

- Good to have:
- SAP Expertise.
- Master’s degree in finance
