We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with robust hands-on expertise in Deel, Indian Payroll & Maharashtra Statutory Compliance to join a global organisation.

? MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

✅ Minimum 5+ years of relevant Payroll & Statutory Compliance experience

✅ Hands-on experience with Deel – Mandatory

✅ Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll

✅ Must have independently managed PF/EPF compliance & ECR filing

✅ Strong knowledge of Maharashtra statutory compliances

✅ Hands-on experience with PT, ESIC, LWF and applicable labour compliances

✅ Experience managing monthly, quarterly and annual statutory returns

✅ Well-versed with current Indian Labour & Payroll Laws

✅ Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, deductions & statutory contributions

✅ Experience handling audits, notices and statutory queries

✅ Excellent Excel and payroll reconciliation skills

? GLOBAL ORGANISATION | KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER ROLE

This position will initially be on third-party payroll for the first year.

The purpose of the first year is to ensure a complete knowledge transfer, structured training and understanding of the organisation's global payroll processes,



systems and ways of working.

As this is a global organisation, the selected candidate will undergo extensive training and knowledge transfer during the first year.

Upon successful completion of the knowledge-transfer/training period and subject to the organisation's requirements and internal process, the employee may be absorbed directly by the global organisation.

? Candidates should therefore be comfortable with the initial third-party payroll arrangement and the potential transition thereafter.

? LOCATION & TRAVEL

Onsite position – Baner, Pune.

Candidates must be comfortable working onsite and should be open to travel as required by the business.

? COMPENSATION

CTC: Up to ₹13 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and relevant expertise.
