Ennoble is strengthening the leadership of its Patent Drafting & Prosecution practice. We're looking for seasoned patent professionals who can own complex portfolios, lead high-performing teams, and be trusted advisors to global clients.

We are an IP LPO headquartered in Noida India, with 280+ specialists, offices in the UAE, Egypt, and Australia, and a practice spanning 151+ jurisdictions. Since 2013, we've partnered with innovators, from startups to global corporations, to build patent portfolios that create real business value.

OPEN POSITIONS

- Assistant Manager – Patent Drafting (8–10 years): Handle complex, high-value applications, review the work of drafting teams, and guide clients on claim strategy.
- Manager – Patent Drafting (10–12 years): Lead a domain team, own quality and delivery for key accounts, and advise clients on multi-jurisdiction filing strategy.
- Senior Manager – Patent Drafting (12–15 years): Lead the practice across domains, set quality frameworks, manage strategic client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Draft and review high-value patent applications for IPO, USPTO, EPO, PCT, and other major offices.
- Lead, mentor, and build drafting teams, setting standards for quality and consistency.
- Serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for key clients.
- Advise on claim strategy,



portfolio building, and global filing decisions.
- Oversee prosecution strategy, including complex office action responses.
- Drive process improvement, turnaround efficiency, and quality-control systems.
- Support business development through client pitches, proposals, and thought leadership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc / M.Pharm / PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
- 8–15 years of patent drafting experience, including team leadership or portfolio ownership.
- Registered Indian Patent Agent (required).
- Deep knowledge of Indian, US, and EP patent law and practice.
- Proven record of managing client relationships and complex, multi-jurisdiction portfolios.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
