Role Description As a Partnership and Outreach Associate, you will help expand Perspective Innovators’ network of schools, educators, and youth organizations. This volunteer, remote role involves identifying prospective partners, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

You will support outreach campaigns, prepare and deliver presentations, and collaborate on messaging that clearly communicates the initiative’s impact and offerings. Day-to-day tasks may include drafting outreach emails, scheduling and attending virtual meetings, maintaining contact records,



and coordinating with the core team to align outreach efforts with program goals. You will also contribute ideas to strengthen community engagement and help ensure that partnerships are inclusive, sustainable, and mission-aligned.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Clear, qualified communication skills, including comfort with virtual meetings and written messaging.
- Experience or interest in community outreach and customer service, particularly in education or youth-focused initiatives.
- Ability to prepare and deliver engaging presentations to schools, nonprofits, or community groups.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage outreach activities independently in a remote setting.
- Commitment to youth empowerment, global education, and inclusive collaboration.
- Prior experience in partnership development, program outreach, or stakeholder engagement is beneficial but not required.
