Role Description The Partnership Executive – Strategic will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support Bhanzu’s growth and mission. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves researching and qualifying potential partners, preparing outreach plans, and conducting meetings and presentations with schools, learning institutions, corporates, and ecosystem stakeholders. The role includes negotiating partnership terms, coordinating with internal teams to design and implement collaborative programs,



and tracking performance metrics to ensure mutual value and long-term relationship success.

The Partnership

Executive will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with overall business strategy, while providing regular reports, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in education, edtech, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
- Analytical and research skills to identify opportunities, evaluate partner fit, and interpret market and performance data.
- Project management and coordination abilities to drive partnership initiatives from planning through execution and review.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams (product, content, marketing, operations) and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Interest in K–12 education and passion for improving access to high-quality math learning globally.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
