About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with routine financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate should have good accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle financial information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily financial records, including income, expenses, and payments.
- Manage purchase and sales entries, invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
- Maintain records of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other business transactions.
- Assist in GST-related documentation, TDS records, and other applicable tax compliance.
- Work with the management or external CA for accounting, taxation, and audit-related requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of all financial records.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant accounting qualification.
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Trustworthiness and the ability to maintain financial confidentiality.

Work Schedule & Compensation

- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Working Hours: Adaptable/To be discussed based on workload and company requirements.
- Salary: ₹8,000–₹15,000 per month.
- Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
