Job Summary

We are looking for a Parent Engagement Manager - Education to join a growing HappinessCue team in Remote / India. The role will support people looking for practical academic guidance, from school and subject decisions to higher education, study planning and learning-related concerns. The person will understand the requirement, identify the relevant guidance pathway, coordinate with the appropriate expert or internal team, maintain follow-ups and ensure a clear client experience.

HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

Responsibilities

- The role will support people looking for practical academic guidance, from school and subject decisions to higher education, study planning and learning-related concerns.
- The person will understand the requirement, identify the relevant guidance pathway, coordinate with the appropriate expert or internal team,



maintain follow-ups and ensure a clear client experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in education counselling, student services, admissions, mentoring or customer-facing education roles will be helpful.
- The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.

- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.
- The expected experience range is 3-7 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
