- Role Overview We are looking for an experienced person who can handle monitoring tools like Op Manager and PAM360 and has good knowledge of infrastructure monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Op Manager and PAM360 tools
Configure and monitor alerts and notifications
Troubleshoot issues related to monitoring tools
Ensure monitoring for Windows, Linux, Network, Backup and Firewall devices
Work with internal teams to resolve alerts and issues
Maintain proper monitoring configuration to avoid unwanted alerts
Support security and access management activities
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring tools
Positive hands-on experience in OpManager and PAM360
Knowledge of Windows and Linux server monitoring
Knowledge of network devices, backup systems and firewall monitoring
Understanding of alert configuration and monitoring setup.
