Job Summary

We are looking for a P2P Executive with hands-on experience in the Procure-to-Pay process, including procurement operations, vendor management, invoice processing, and accounts payable activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, from purchase requisition to supplier payment.

- Process purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRN), supplier invoices, and payment requests.
- Handle vendor onboarding, vendor master data, and supplier account reconciliation.
- Perform two-way and three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipts.
- Verify invoices, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for resolution.
- Monitor invoice approvals and ensure timely processing of vendor payments.




- Maintain accurate procurement and accounts payable records.
- Assist with vendor queries, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and financial procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications 25 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement operations, or accounts payable.

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end P2P process.
- Hands-on experience in purchase order processing, invoice verification, and vendor payments.
- Knowledge of vendor management, invoice matching, and supplier reconciliation.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial documentation.
