We are hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B sales / BDR experience
- US-market selling experience is required
- Ideally 1+ year selling AI/SaaS into construction
- Strong proven cold-calling ability
- Experience with outbound prospecting and ABM
- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong email, LinkedIn outreach, objection handling, and follow-up skills
- Ability to independently research accounts, identify decision-makers, build prospect lists, and execute outbound sequences
- Basic understanding of construction, AI, and SaaS
- Experience selling to GCs, subcontractors, estimators, preconstruction teams, or related construction personas is a solid plus
- Construction + AI/SaaS experience
- ZoomInfo / Sales Navigator proficiency
- Communication, objection handling, and follow-ups
