Key Requirement: End-to-End Implementation Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle Fusion Service implementations .
- Strong experience with Oracle Redwood UX and Redwood-based Service applications.
- Configure and implement service processes including service requests, queues, assignments, categories and workflows .
- Work with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, solution design and configuration .
- Experience with Redwood UI adoption, configuration and extensibility .
- Participate across the implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration,



SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live .
- Troubleshoot functional/configuration issues and support business users during implementation.
