Oracle Fusion Planning Consultant

Job Summary

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Planning Consultant to deliver new implementations and support ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning modules, the ability to work independently, and a self-starter mindset. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to ERP practice building and grow into leadership positions.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning modules.
- Gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops, and perform Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Configure Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning.
- Configure planning options, forecast profiles, measure catalogs, safety stock parameters, and min-max planning.
- Support Global Order Promising (GOP) integration.
- Manage data collection, mapping, and migration using FBDI and ADFdi templates.
- Prepare test scenarios and execute SIT and UAT.
- Deliver end-user training and support business adoption.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle Support through service requests.
- Assess the impact of quarterly Oracle updates and patches.
- Provide best-practice recommendations and contribute to Oracle ERP practice building.




- Collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones.

Required Skills

- 10–15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Planning implementation and production support.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning.
- Experience leading full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning implementations.
- Strong knowledge of planning configurations, forecasting, safety stock, and min-max planning.
- Experience with Global Order Promising (GOP) integration.
- Hands-on experience with FBDI and ADFdi for data migration.
- Experience in requirements gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, SIT, and UAT.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.

Valuable to Have
- Oracle Fusion Implementation Certification.
- Pre-sales experience.
- Knowledge of other Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules.

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who
- Has never worked directly with clients.
- Lacks hands-on Oracle Fusion Planning implementation experience.
- Has limited experience in Demand Management, Supply Planning, or S&OP.;
- Requires continuous supervision to manage functional delivery.
