- Processing &
- Operations

: Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, validate input data, and oversee salary, bonus, and deduction calculations.

- Compliance &

- Statutory Filing

: Apply local tax rules, labor laws, and file periodic returns (such as PF, PT, and TDS in India).

- System Advisory &

- Implementation

: Configure, test, and optimize payroll software platforms like SAP, Workday, or Dayforce.

- Audit &

- Reconciliation

: Reconcile payroll accounts with general ledgers and resolve payment errors or discrepancies.

- Stakeholder Support: Answer employee and client queries regarding paychecks, taxes, and benefits

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing, management, or system implementation experience.

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and specialized payroll/HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).

- Knowledge: Strong grasp of statutory compliances, tax withholdings, and compensation structures.

- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, robust analytical thinking, and clear communication.
