TCS hiring Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Consultant

Job Title: Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Consultant

Range: 6 - 9Years

Location: TCS Pune

Mode of Drive: Virtual/Online Drive

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, and EPM Cloud.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS, ERP Cloud, or other ERP integrations.
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, statutory consolidation, and regulatory reporting.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Hands-on experience with Financial Consolidation and Close processes.
- Expertise in HFM metadata management, business rules, data forms, and reporting.
- Experience with FDMEE, Smart View, Financial Reporting (FR), and Oracle EPM tools.
- Knowledge of intercompany eliminations, ownership management, consolidation, and currency translation.
- Experience with Groovy scripting and process automation.
- Understanding of financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Notes to Accounts.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) solutions covering financial consolidation, close,



and reporting processes.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into HFM metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, and consolidation logic.
- Configure Charts of Accounts, entities, currencies, ownership structures, eliminations, and intercompany processing rules.
- Design and develop calculation rules, movement schedules, cash flow reporting, and foreign currency translation processes.
- Build, maintain, and support data integrations from ERP and other source systems using FDMEE and related integration tools.
- Develop and maintain Groovy rules, automation scripts, and process improvements.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Manage security provisioning, user access controls, migration activities, and environment management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, data validation, consolidation, and calculation issues.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Prepare functional and technical design documentation and collaborate with business, finance, and technical stakeholders.
