About the Role

Zoondia is looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service (OFS) Data Integration & Power BI Specialist to develop and maintain an end-to-end operational reporting solution for Oracle Field Service. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Field Service APIs, data extraction, integration, transformation, and reporting. You will be responsible for building structured data warehouses, developing automated ETL/ELT processes, and creating interactive dashboards using Power BI to support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze Oracle Field Service data structures, REST APIs, XML interfaces, and available data extraction mechanisms.
- Develop automated data extraction, transformation, and synchronization processes.
- Build Power BI dashboards, KPIs, operational reports, and analytical insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, historical tracking, and reporting performance.
- Collaborate with Oracle Field Service functional specialists to identify available data, API limitations, and suitable integration approaches.
- Assess the feasibility of embedding dashboards or using Oracle Field Service plugins where required, based on supported capabilities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Strong SQL and relational database development experience.
- Hands-on experience with data warehouse design, ETL/ELT, and data modelling.




- Experience developing ETL/ELT processes and automated data extraction.
- Strong Power BI skills, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard development.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Field Service, its data structures, APIs, and technical limitations.
- Understanding of field service operational processes and reporting requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience delivering reporting solutions for Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or other integration platforms.
- Familiarity with Power BI Service, scheduled refreshes, and data warehouse concepts.
