? WE’RE HIRING: EPM CONSULTANT – PROFITABILITY & COST MANAGEMENT (PCM)

We are looking for an experienced EPM Consultant with solid hands-on experience in Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of EPM solutions.

? Role: EPM Consultant – PCM

? Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad

? Key Skills: Oracle EPM, Profitability and Cost Management (PCM), Cost Allocation, Profitability Modeling, SQL, Financial Systems

? Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain PCM applications.
- Build and manage cost allocation models, profitability models, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, and calculations.
- Develop allocation drivers and methodologies for distributing costs and revenues across products, customers, services, and business units.
- Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to understand costing, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
- Integrate PCM/EPM applications with ERP, General Ledger (GL), and data warehouse systems.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Develop and maintain EPM reports, forms, dashboards, and technical documentation.




- Support application enhancements, deployments, and knowledge transfer.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in EPM/Financial Systems.
- Strong hands-on experience in Profitability and Cost Management (PCM).
- Solid understanding of cost allocation, profitability analysis, finance, and accounting concepts.
- Experience with EPM dimensions, metadata, hierarchies, business rules, and calculations.
- Knowledge of GL, cost centers, profit centers, products, customers, and business units.
- Experience in ERP/source system integrations and data loading.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and reconciliation.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective EPM solutions.
