Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Support qualified with strong Incident Management experience to provide L2/L3 support for Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle EBS modules, Oracle SQL, B2B integrations, and Logistics/Supply Chain processes. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, analyzing incidents, coordinating with business users, and ensuring timely resolution of application and system-related problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS applications and production environments.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLA timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS modules.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and execute Oracle SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Support Oracle B2B integrations and monitor inbound/outbound transactions.
- Collaborate with business users, vendors,



and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor interfaces, workflows, concurrent programs, and batch jobs.
- Participate in release deployments, testing, and change management activities.
- Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) support.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
- Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and SLA-driven support environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle B2B integrations and interface troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Logistics, Supply Chain, Order Management, Shipping, and Inventory processes.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Oracle SCM modules such as:

- Order Management (OM)

- Inventory (INV)

- Shipping Execution (WSH)

- Purchasing (PO)
- Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
- Knowledge of EDI/XML integrations.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
