About the role
Want to learn how hotel bookings actually work behind the scenes?
As an Operations Trainee at WOW STAYZ2, you’ll work on real reservations across our boutique hotels in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra and more, with training from our central operations team.
What you’ll do
- Manage and monitor bookings on OTAs such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and Agoda
- Track room availability, rates and inventory on OTA extranets
- Coordinate with hotel teams for smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle booking changes, cancellations and guest requests
- Resolve booking issues with OTA support teams
- Prepare daily operations reports in Excel
- Support the sales team with booking confirmations and follow-ups
Who can apply
- Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism or BBA students and graduates
- Good communication in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email
- Organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn
- No experience needed
