Role Description As an Operations Team Member at Shantam Travel & Co., you will support the day-to-day coordination and execution of travel operations for corporate, leisure, and group clients. You will assist with itinerary planning, booking and ticketing, vendor and supplier coordination, and ensuring that travel policies and client requirements are followed accurately. The role involves monitoring bookings, handling changes and disruptions, maintaining accurate records,



and providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with sales and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of MICE and group logistics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret travel data, optimize costs, and resolve operational issues.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Sales understanding to support cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Operations Management skills to handle day-to-day travel processes, bookings, and service delivery.
- Project Management abilities to assist in planning and executing group travel and MICE events on time and within budget.
- Relevant experience in travel operations, hospitality, or a related service industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with travel booking tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, travel management, or a related field is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
