Role Description The Operations Manager Study Abroad is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the study abroad division, ensuring smooth delivery of services and a positive learner experience. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi includes coordinating counseling and admissions processes, managing application workflows, and liaising with international education partners and institutions. The role involves supervising staff, setting operational procedures, monitoring performance metrics,



and implementing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

The Operations

Manager will also handle scheduling, resource allocation, documentation, and compliance, while supporting marketing initiatives and student engagement activities related to overseas education programs. Regular reporting to senior leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication are central to the role.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably within education, training, or overseas consultancy environments.
- Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional coordination to manage multiple centers or departments.
- Proficiency in process planning, workflow optimization, and use of digital tools or CRM systems for tracking applications and student data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with learners, families, institutional partners, and internal teams.
- Sound knowledge of international education systems, study abroad pathways, and visa or admissions procedures is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use insights for decision-making, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field; a master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
