Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Production Lead who will take ownership of our production & Quality goals and drive efficiency at every step. This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate seamlessly with vendor partners, resolve bottlenecks, and lead a medium-sized team toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire production supply chain for the footwear category, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage daily production and quality control from partner factories, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly production output targets through effective management.
- Lead production planning and manage 3-6 month rolling forecasts, responding swiftly to market demand changes.
- Efficiently coordinate with R&D;, demand, and inventory planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive process optimization to minimize inefficiencies,



reducing costs while maximizing output.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a medium-sized team, conducting performance evaluations to maintain peak productivity and engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain both tactical and strategic relationships with partner factories to drive mutual growth.
- Implement sustainable practices within production to meet environmental and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the production process to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

- Prior experience in a senior operations or production role, ideally within a new-age manufacturing startup in India.
- Proven track record of managing operations and production in a fast-paced environment with successful outcomes.
- Exceptional process management skills with a robust focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholder engagement.
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
