Digitals Journey is looking for an experienced, organised and responsible Operations Manager to manage our day-to-day agency operations, coordinate with clients and teams, and ensure the timely delivery of projects.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in a Digital Marketing Agency who can take ownership of client coordination, team management and daily operational activities.

? Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Office-Based)

? Job Type: Full time

?‍? Experience: 3–5 Years

? Salary: ₹13,000–₹25,000 per month (Negotiable)

? Key Responsibilities

? Client Management

- Handle day-to-day client communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant teams.
- Manage client feedback, pending approvals and project updates.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients.

? Team Management

- Coordinate with SEO, Content Writing, Social Media, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Paid Ads teams.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team progress.
- Follow up on pending work and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

? Project & Deadline Management

- Maintain client-wise task trackers and project schedules.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within the committed deadlines.
- Identify delays, resolve operational issues and escalate important matters when required.

? Reporting & Operations

- Prepare daily task updates and weekly operational reports.
- Track client-wise progress, pending tasks and team productivity.
- Maintain proper documentation and improve internal workflows.

✅ Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.




- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is strongly preferred.
- Experience in client handling, team coordination and project management.
- Good understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and Paid Ads workflows.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Google Drive and task management tools.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, responsible and deadline-oriented.
- Ability to take ownership and manage routine operations independently.
- Must be comfortable working full time from our Kolkata office.

?️ Mandatory Language RequirementFluency in spoken and written Bengali is mandatory.

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in Bengali with clients and team members and write clear Bengali messages for day-to-day coordination.

Working knowledge of English is also required for professional emails, reports and business communication.
