Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily logistics and fleet operations. This role includes planning and coordinating first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile delivery activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and safe movement of goods.

The Operations

Manager will monitor EV fleet performance, manage route planning, track utilization, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements and regulatory requirements. The role involves supervising operations teams, managing vendor and partner relationships,



and driving continuous improvement initiatives in process efficiency and quality.

Manager will also collaborate with technology and analytics teams to use digital dashboards and data insights for operational decision-making and performance optimization.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including logistics planning, fleet coordination, and process optimization.
- Experience with supply chain management, route planning, and last-mile delivery operations.
- Ability to use digital tools and dashboards for real-time monitoring, data analysis, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle operations, charging infrastructure, and sustainable logistics practices.
- Team leadership experience, including supervising staff, managing performance, and fostering collaboration.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and client interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or EV-based operations is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
