Ecom Operations Executive, Surat Warehouse

You run day-to-day warehouse operations and saree vendor coordination for Sarha Ecom, across our marketplaces and Shopify. Based at the Surat warehouse. Reports to Yogesh and Kavya.

Order processing and dispatch

- Monitor order processing, dispatch, pickup issues and marketplace compliance.

Stock monitoring

- Monitor stock availability, zero-inventory items, blocked inventory and out-of-stock risks.
- Review stock levels before marketplace inventory is updated, to avoid excess orders and operational breaches.
- Investigate missing SKUs and discrepancies in sales reports.

Saree procurement and vendors (worked out in sync with Yogesh)

- Place orders with SP.
- Coordinate with vendors for samples, production, finishing and replenishment.
- Order trims, polybags, tag loops and other packaging materials, and follow up until delivery to the warehouse.
- Track pending vendor activities and resolve delays or material shortages.

Warehouse and team management

- Coordinate with packing staff, order-processing personnel, pickup teams, tailors and agencies.
- Resolve day-to-day staffing and operational issues, and arrange alternatives when resources are unavaiable.
- Follow up on pending finishing, packing, dispatch and pickup activities.





Technical and operational support

- Monitor hardware, software, Uniware integration, order synchronisation and inventory-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to troubleshoot problems and follow up until resolved.
- Track pending operational activities across teams and ensure timely completion.

Costing and pricing checks

- Enter saree costing.
- Cross-verify saree and RTW costing and share costing with Yogesh and Kavya.

Sheets and listing checks

- Make sure the warehouse team updates the dispatch and returns sheets daily.
- Get mannequin images of RTW from the warehouse team for AI image generation.
- Check that everything arriving at the warehouse is listed on platforms.

What we look for

- 1 to 2 years in e-commerce operations or warehouse coordination, ideally in apparel or sarees.
- Hands-on with marketplace panels (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon) and an order management system such as Unicommerce (Uniware).
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel.
- Able to manage a warehouse team and follow up with vendors until the work is done.
- Hindi and Gujarati, with working English.
