About uEngage uEngage is a leading SaaS company empowering restaurants and food businesses with their own branded ordering apps, websites, and digital engagement solutions. We help merchants streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and grow their direct business.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Growth Associate to support daily operations, coordinate with merchants across India, and ensure smooth execution of operational activities. Over time, the role will also involve supporting growth initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to merchant business performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesRole Overview

- Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with merchants across India to understand requirements and resolve operational queries.
- Assist with merchant onboarding, account configuration, and ongoing operational support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address merchant issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain operational records, trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor merchant activities and identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.




- Gradually support growth initiatives focused on merchant engagement, product adoption, and business performance.
- Follow up with merchants and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Provide operational support across different time zones, whenever required.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Merchant Support, Client Coordination, or a similar role.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A quick learner with strong listening, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Hardworking, proactive, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and basic reporting tools.
- Versatile to coordinate with merchants across India and support different time zones when required.
