JONE is a fast growing, independent UK/USA fashion brand that works with artisans, suppliers and tailors to give ancient textiles a contemporary form. We’re looking for an organized, hands-on person in Bangalore to work closely with JONE’s founder and help take our pieces from production through to the customer. The role You’ll be JONE’s person on the ground, working closely with the founder to turn ideas into finished pieces and get them into customers’ hands.
One day you might be visiting a supplier or checking a sample, the next, coordinating a tailor, preparing orders or helping bring a campaign shoot to life. It’s a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll thrive if you love beautiful clothes, build good relationships, spot the details others miss and know how to keep things moving when plans change.
What you’ll do
Coordinate suppliers: Work with JONE’s founder to place orders, follow up on deliveries, track timelines and resolve issues.
Manage tailoring: Share specifications,
monitor production and check that pieces are finished on time and to standard.
Check and pack orders: Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, then pack customer orders with care and ship to our USA warehouse.
Support campaign shoots: Coordinate schedules, people, locations and logistics before and during shoots.
What you’ll need
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organization and the ability to manage several moving tasks A careful eye for quality and detail
Confident communication with suppliers, tailors and creative teams
Reliability, initiative and a practical approach to solving problems
Nice to have: Telugu; experience in retail, fashion production, or fulfilment.
