Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive with strong knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics operations, and pricing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive freight quotations, coordinating with shipping lines and freight partners, managing shipment-related activities, and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and negotiate competitive freight rates for air and sea shipments.
- Handle pricing, quotations, rate comparisons, and cost calculations for import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport vendors.
- Manage shipment bookings, documentation, tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain updated freight rate sheets and pricing records.
- Liaise with the sales team to provide timely quotations and pricing support.
- Monitor freight costs, transit times, and operational expenses.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with clients and vendors.
- Resolve shipment delays, pricing discrepancies,



and operational issues.
- Maintain shipment records and prepare operational reports as required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and freight pricing.
- Experience in preparing freight quotations and rate negotiations.
- Understanding of air freight, sea freight, import/export processes, and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management.
- Solid coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, or operations.
- Practical experience with freight rate procurement and quotation management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
