Job Summary:

Manage B2B travel agent accounts, generate business, coordinate DMC bookings, maintain client relationships, and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage B2B travel agents, corporate clients, and existing accounts.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, FIT/GIT packages, transfers, sightseeing, and destination services.
- Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
- Coordinate with Operations, Reservations, Finance, and suppliers.
- Follow up on client payments, outstanding balances, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, booking sheets, and daily sales reports (DSR).
- Resolve client issues and ensure timely service delivery.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of DMC operations and travel products.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM systems.




- Ability to manage multiple accounts and achieve targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Monthly sales and revenue achievement.
- Gross profit and booking profitability.
- Enquiry-to-booking conversion ratio.
- Client retention and repeat business.
- Timely CRM updates and DSR submission.
- Payment follow-up and service quality.

Qualification: Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Expected Outcome: Generate profitable business, retain clients, ensure accurate booking coordination, and maintain timely reporting and payment follow-ups.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
