Hiring for Fresher/Exp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate customer/sales orders and POs.
- Manage order lifecycle from order entry to fulfillment and billing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance and vendors.
- Monitor inventory, dispatch and delivery status.
- Resolve order discrepancies, customer queries and escalations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure SLA/TAT and process compliance.
- Export documentation
Required Skills:
- Order Management / Order Processing / O2C
- SAP experience
- PO processing & order fulfillment
- Inventory/Logistics coordination
