Role Description The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and online sales for ELECTRICBUY. Day-to-day tasks include managing online campaigns across search, social media, and other digital channels; optimizing performance marketing activities; and coordinating with the e-commerce team to improve user experience and conversion rates. The role involves monitoring analytics, preparing performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent messaging and support promotional initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode (Calicut).

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Online Marketing and Marketing, with experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Performance Marketing, including campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills related to E-Commerce, such as managing product listings, tracking conversion funnels, and coordinating with sales and operations teams.
- Relevant experience in online retail, technology products, or solar/electrical sectors is advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities, proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
