Responsibilities

- Deliver product demos to clients and own end-to-end onboarding: kick-off, account set-up, billing configuration, user training and go-live support.

- Review contracts, pricing and invoicing terms to ensure accurate financial set-up.

- Partner with Sales for smooth hand-offs and spot upsell opportunities.

- Build robust client relationships as their main point of contact during onboarding.

- Track onboarding KPIs and keep CRM records up to date.

Requirements

- 3-4+ years in client onboarding, customer success or account management.

- Strong finance background (degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce, or equivalent experience).

- Experience in a sales-oriented role involving onboarding and relationship management.

- Hands-on experience with SaaS products or platforms.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
