Experience : 4 to 7 years

Roles & Responsibilities:·
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities.
- Conduct induction sessions on company culture, policies, and processes.
- Collect and verify documents and ensure compliance.
- Assist with forms, system access, and onboarding documentation.
- Address recent joiners’ queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
