Job Opening: Home Nursing Staff

Location: Kovaipudur, Coimbatore

Job Type: Full-time, Home Nursing (Patient care at home, not in a hospital)

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Nursing Staff member to provide qualified home nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The candidate will be responsible for the health, safety, and well-being of the patients under their care.

Qualification

- B.Sc Nursing (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide skilled nursing care to patients at their homes as per the doctor’s instructions.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and blood sugar levels.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and Ryle’s tube feeding.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.




- Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the doctor or family members.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the patient.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

Requirements

- Valid B.Sc Nursing degree with Nursing Council registration.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (knowledge of English is an added advantage).
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting.

Salary

- Basic salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
